terms of service & conditions

procedure.

provide proper and colored references, unless permitted otherwise; commission may be declined if without references
i reserve the right to decline a commission
changes are only allowed before the rendering process; and only minimal changes are allowed for completed artwork. bigger changes at that point will have additional fees
turnaround time is approximately 1-2 months, depending on many factors such as: complexity, work, health, family events, etc
WIPs can be requested. if time is uncertain/too long, you can drop by to check up on it once in a while

payment.

prices listed are base prices; additional features will cost extra (wings, props, detailed backgrounds, etc)
payments can either be paid in full upfront (100%) or half upfront (50%), half near-finish (50%) through VGEN; which also supports PAYPAL
refunds are allowed only when i haven't started on the commission. no partial refunds either; in which i've already started on the commission
if refund is requested, you are not allowed to use any of the sketches/WIPs sent to you

publication.

commissioned artwork is for personal use by default. if using for commercial, let me know for price adjustment/negotiation
clients can repost the artwork, but must have proper credit to me by linking my social media, or my vgen profile (https://vgen.co/rickykuru)
i retain the copyright to the produced artwork, therefore you cannot claim it as yours; and i can use/post it however to my liking; e.g. as commission samples, streaming the process, etc
you are prohibited from editing the artwork without permission, except for cropping/resizing for icon/header use, etc
inform me if you want the commission to be private (no stream, no socmed posts, etc)

process.

STEP 1	accomplish and submit the form thru vgen
STEP 2	will respond if commission is accepted or not
STEP 3	once payment is received, an acknowledgement message will be sent; then sketch will be worked on
STEP 4	sketch will be sent for approval & thoughts on major changes
STEP 5	commission will be worked on in the suggested turnaround time
STEP 6	finished commission will be sent, high-res & watermarked
